Sound Barrier Walls for Woodrow Wilson Bridge

DDIS proposed and helped the Alexandria community design and visualize the glass noise barriers that were eventually constructed on the new replacement Woodrow Wilson Bridge. DDIS produced cross-sections and sketches, which were used before a Congressional Hearing to convince budget allocation for the sound attenuation walls while framing the dramatic water views of the Colonial seaport.
